I think Google books is the one I would use most often because I am an avid reader and a serial bookclubber.  As far as patrons, unlikely I would use because I am a page. But sometimes patrons ask me questions because I am out on the floor, and I take them to the clerks and reference librarians for further assistance. However, in my personal life I use google all the time for answers to life's important questions and issues...and much, much more.
